The past year has presented us all with challenges...
... but together we will manage to grow! We discover new hobbies, new skills and new ways of contact. Thanks to your support, we have managed to offer our doll courses completely online. We would like to thank everyone who made this step possible for us!

Why we prefabricate some parts for you:
This course should deal with the essentials of doll making, namely what makes the doll something very special, what makes it unique. Over time we realized that when making dolls, there are always the most problems with the face. That is why we would like to focus on this. The course is intended to enable everyone (especially beginners) to make their first doll a complete success. Of course, we will put detailed instructions in your package, which describe exactly how to sew the arms and legs, how to sew them into the body and how to make the head blank.
The appointments
01
First appointment: We make a doll's head
On this first appointment we will explain step by step how to make a doll's head. We will explain how we made the blank. Then it's time to tie off the head and model the face. Once you're satisfied, it's time to trim the face and attach the fabric
02
Second appointment: A doll is created!
The second appointment is all about the body. The face is roughly drawn and the ears are sewn on. The head is attached to the body. The doll is stuffed, gets a navel and is sewn up.
A little "homework":
Since crocheting the base for the hair takes some time, we ask that you do this between classes. Do not worry! We will give you precise instructions for this and of course we will be available and available for you all the time if you have any questions or problems!
03
Third appointment: The finishing touches!
The third appointment starts with embroidering the face. Then we will explain how you can now attach your finished crocheted cap to your doll and how to tie the hair in. In addition, in this part we will explain how you can color the face of your doll (if you want to, this requires fabric dyes though, so it's not a must)
What you will also need:
a pair of scissors a crochet hook possibly an additional normal sewing needle if you don’t want to sew with the doll needle all the time possibly fabric dye if you want red cheeks or freckles (chalk, wax crayons, etc. can also be used, but that’s not a must) one small sponge (which makes felting easier) pliers (which makes embroidering the eyes and mouth easier)
